“ Hey Richard I'm sorry about that it was my fault you didn't get the crispy noodles with your meal it was all bagged up and I didn't check to make sure the noodles were there. Also the black pepper chicken isn't on the lunch menu so unfortunately it doesn't come with an egg roll that's only for items on the lunch menu. And if there was an issue with any of your items just give us a call so we can fix it for you either that day or the next time you order. And I know this post will get removed because it doesn't have anything to do with an actual review this was just the way I could contact this person haha ”

“ I Door Dashed to quench my Chinese Food addiction. I'm currently in Porterville and wanted to taste all my favorite dishes from different restaurants all over town. Overall 9/10, (food, customer service, dinning ambience). They gave me the wrong order, they immediately fixed the order as soon as I called them. I was willing to drive there to get my Shrimp Chow Mein. I showed up, tbe cashier/host explained it was a simple mix up. To which, he kindly gave me free soda for my troubles. Great customer service.
